Shangri-La Shenyang

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Mixc City Shenyang, making it convenient to get anywhere. The property is well-maintained. Ingrid was very welcoming and provided great service.

Huge thanks to Demi for their wonderful service! They introduced me to the 'Thousand-Year Crane Returns' artwork behind the front desk. It's a fantastic choice, especially when paired with the 'Auspicious Cranes' painting at the Liaoning Provincial Museum. The cranes, symbolizing longevity and prosperity, really reflect a wish for guests' health, success, and wealth. This truly exemplifies Asian hospitality at its finest.

Highly recommend! This Shangri-La has an excellent location, environment, and service. The 23rd-floor view is fantastic, directly across from MixC shopping mall and conveniently connected to the subway. The room was very comfortable, and it felt newer than I expected from a Shangri-La. The service was genuinely great. Satisfied!

Came to Shenyang to watch the FIBA World Cup qualifiers for men's basketball, and as usual, chose Shangri-La. Since I booked early, the price in Shenyang was quite good, and they even upgraded my room upon arrival. This stay was fantastic! A special thanks to Li Min-hyuk at the front desk for helping me with a late check-out and for patiently telling me all about the 'Mountain Road and Pine Sound' art masterpiece on the east side of the lobby lounge. It's a truly surprising piece where a New Zealand artist team recreated Tang Bohu's ancient Ming Dynasty painting using crystal pillars. The blend of Eastern and Western design is incredibly captivating, offering an immersive experience of traditional Chinese landscape aesthetics. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and soundproof, so despite being right by the road, it wasn't noisy at all. The floor attendant was absolutely wonderful; she always promptly met our requests and greeted us warmly every time we saw her. On the first day, it was rainy and incredibly hot, so I showered twice and asked for two towels. The next day, she remembered my habit and automatically replenished two towels for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and I was really touched. The young lady at the front desk, Kitty, was also very cheerful and even gave us some candy when we checked out. The staff in the lobby on the ground floor also helped with our luggage. This trip truly felt so warm and welcoming.

All services were prompt and she even went out of her way to explain the four seasonal paintings in the Summer Palace Chinese Restaurant. The ever-changing scenery of the four seasons, with each having its unique charm, perfectly mirrors the consistent warm and elegant Asian hospitality of Shangri-La. Her service was gentle and soft-spoken, making me feel incredibly comfortable. Wishing her everlasting peace and great fortune!

My stay at Shangri-La Shenyang was absolutely divine ✨ I have to give a special shout-out to Guest Relations, Ellie! She was incredibly patient, explaining the 'Mountain Road and Pine Sound' art masterpiece in the lobby lounge's east wing. It's a stunning piece by a New Zealand artist team who recreated a Ming Dynasty painting by Tang Bohu using crystal pillars – a fantastic blend of East and West, exuding such style. It was a truly immersive and delightful experience of Chinese landscape aesthetics. Later that night, I even received a thoughtful delivery of warm chicken soup. My fatigue instantly melted away. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I absolutely loved it. The service and ambiance were both top-notch. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shenyang!

Room facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive, but the smart features are a bit lacking. Breakfast: The Club Lounge breakfast selection is a bit limited, but the à la carte menu is good. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was prompt. Room view and location/transportation: The location is very convenient for getting around, with direct underground access to the mall. Service staff: The staff were very friendly and helpful 👍 Value for money: Excellent

The room is a bit small but very clean. The service was warm and prompt. Across the street, MixC World is great for shopping, and there are plenty of takeout options nearby. The TV Tower Night Market is only a 5-minute walk, making it very convenient for getting around.
