Good location. Near palace museum Walking distance to morning market. On top of shopping street

Great location, near to metro, shops and food. Room is spacious and clean.

We extended our 3-night stay due to the hotel's excellent location. Receptionist Ms. Kivi (黄红娟) demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, showcasing her professionalism. As the first point of contact, the reception counter sets the tone for a guest's experience, and Ms. Kivi truly made a great impression.

The hotel location is very good which is besides the shopping street, metro station.

The location was great! An easy walk to the metro, the Palace Museum, and to a great number of shopping centers in the nearby vicinity. There are also loads of different snacks to try from the food stalls that line several of the streets.

Great location. Train station just downstairs. Hotel right on the main pedestrian shopping street. Walkable distance to the palace. Room is comfortable and clean. Great place to stay.

Cups not washed, floor not clean properly.

Hotel room 2016 needs some kind of maintenance around the toilet area, such as the door edge outside the toilet. Also, the toilet flushing system seems weak. The shuttle curtain for the toilet is also dirty. Room flooring cleanliness can be done much better. The room corridor to the lift has a stinko smell, which hotel should do something to get rid of it. The shared lift is horrible. Other than long waiting time since lavande taking up rooms level 18 to 21, the rest belongs to Taoyuan hotel, the lift is very dirty. Since this is a shared lift, all the tenants should put in the effort to maintain the lift condition. The location is great, though. If I were to visit Shenyang 中街 again, I would not choose to stay in this hotel.

The location is very good, and it is convenient to travel. The hotel is just opposite the subway exit. The room is very large, close to Zhongjie, with an unobstructed view and no shops, so there is no noise at all. A very satisfying stay

Very good, clean, friendly staff, free luggage storage, very cost-effective, Zhongjie is downstairs, very convenient to everywhere, close to the subway entrance. Many attractions are within walking distance. Downstairs is Laobian Dumplings, Pedestrian Street

The hotel is located in the prime location of Shenyang Zhongjie, just outside the subway station. It is very easy to find and there are plenty of food, drinks and entertainment nearby. The hotel facilities are complete and the environment is very good.
