設施陳舊也就算了，衞生條件無法形容的差，是我這麼多年，住過這麼多民宿中衞生條件最差的，塵土很多，杯子沒洗，水盆沒刷，毛巾發黑，床單破損，就連提供的衞生紙都是超級劣質的，一次性坐便器墊是塑料袋材質的，大家千萬別再上當了！

1.房間地面到處是煙灰，而且房間有股莫名的臭味2.過了十二點，就停止服務了，電話不接3.不能開發票4.不能更換房間，態度奇差5.周圍沒見過比這更差的酒店，注意避坑，連夜跑路，就當錢丟了。

房間可以，還算乾淨，有一次性馬桶墊，就是建議商家下次在房間內放一瓶或者兩瓶礦泉水，然後建議浴室浴巾拿兩條，因為大床房也有可能是兩個人住，其他的都好，大家可以放心入住

全程自助，沒有服務人員，加個微信遙控指導怎麼拿電梯卡怎麼入住。設施非常老舊，沒有電視，衹有一個投影儀，網絡非常差，我的房間在角落裡，連手機信號都不太好，WiFi更是卡到不行。之所以選酒店式公寓，就是希望比一般的酒店更安靜，實際上也沒有，門都扣不緊，有人風就呼哧呼哧響，外面有人説話聽得很清楚...床也破，床墊都不平，彈簧起起伏伏...唯一的好處是就在萬達廣場樓上，吃飯很方便，但是也不便宜～
