Taoyuan Hotel (Shenyang Zhongjie)

I arrived at the hotel at almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I booked a special room without windows. I was not short of money because I was tired from driving for the past two days and wanted to get up late the next day. I was afraid that the sunshine would come in and wake me up the next morning. As a result, I went to the front desk and asked for a room upgrade. In fact, the special offer room without a window was no longer available. Otherwise, who would be so kind as to upgrade the room to 815 on the 8th floor? It is next to the restaurant. I feel light. It is next to the restaurant. There will be noisy people eating the next morning. I called the front desk and asked to change. The front desk said that there was only one 820 left and one 815. The 820 was next to the elevator entrance. I said don't upgrade me. I asked for the one I booked. But the front desk said no. These two rooms were specially upgraded for events. Then the special room is gone. Why can I book it on the Ctrip app? Is it deceiving consumers? My friend advised me to forget it. It was quite tiring, so I compromised. Then I took the room card and opened the door of 820. It couldn't be opened. I went downstairs to the front desk to re-swipe it. When I came back up, it still couldn't be opened. It said it was degaussed. Ask the staff to open it. I was alone again, then I entered the house, then turned off the heating, turned it on to the maximum wind, and the maximum temperature, but it was still not hot, and I froze to death. Because I was too sleepy and tired, I fell asleep. At 8 o'clock the next day, the sound of the electric drill started. I suspected that I was being targeted. I called the front desk to change the room and said that I could check out late at 3 or 4 o'clock. I thank you, but what's the use? I checked out after 12 o'clock. This hotel has been getting worse and worse after staying so many times. When checking in, the front desk upgraded the room type and told me to give it a good review! I really can’t give you such a good review. My blood pressure is now over 190. The only good review is the lady at the front desk who gave me the room card on the 19th (she gave me my hair, she was very cute, she had a good attitude, she apologized, etc.)

When choosing a hotel, the first thing I read about Taoyuan was the bad reviews. Most of them were about poor hygiene. So I lowered my expectations when booking a hotel. After entering the room, it felt better than expected. In the past, the occupancy rate may have been high during the summer vacation, and the guest rooms were not cleaned in time. The location is very good. Just outside the door is Zhongjie; the subway station is also very close. Breakfast is an ordinary breakfast, not the same for two days. We all went before eight o'clock, and the food was not cold. It was not a peak period when we checked in, and there were no guests next door, so there was no problem with sound insulation. It was quiet for two nights and three days, without any noise worries. Let me talk about some shortcomings: the room I stayed in had the smell of cigarette smoke, including on the quilt. Fortunately, I brought disposable quilt covers, sheets and pillowcases, which somewhat alleviated this problem. I don't know about other rooms.

I've been staying here since I came to Shenyang. The hotel is just down the middle street. It's very convenient. There are food and travel recommendations. The cleaning lady is very enthusiastic and meticulous in cleaning.

Quiet, good view, downstairs is Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. It is not a chain hotel, nor is it an independent hotel. It is in the same building as Lavande. Breakfast is not much, but it is good to go early. There are small cards in the corridor. Bedding and toiletries are ok.

The location is very good, close to the subway, bus, the traffic is very convenient, on the street of Zhongjie. Upstairs, you can see Zhongjie Street, which is very close to New Mart, Joy City. The attitude of the staff at the front desk is very good, the room is large, the bathroom is also large, and the living is very comfortable.

The room is very big for four people, the sound insulation needs to be strengthened, the location is excellent, and the transportation is convenient. Downstairs is Zhongjie.

The location is excellent, just on the middle street, it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun! The surrounding attractions such as Zhang Xueliang's former residence in the Forbidden City are also very close. The hotel has recommendations for dining spots, which is very considerate! The rooms are also spacious.

Good location, but the hotel environment in general. Breakfast was mostly cold and not tasty. Low cost performance!
