阿姨真的超級超級好，帶姥姥媽媽出去玩的，開始找錯下車地點了，大熱天還出去找我們帶我們到住的地方，人真的超級好特別熱情，説房間沒電池了，晚上就送來了到家就可以用了，住的地方離景點商場都很近特別方便。樓下就是一條小吃街微醺巷，晚上很熱鬧周邊好多商場特別方便步行一分鐘就到的那種。直到有長者還一直很關心我們每天詢問怎麼樣，還給我們做攻略，鑰匙不好用了就立即換了密碼鎖，還送了小禮品真正感受到了東北特色東北熱心腸，真的超級棒。祝姨生意興隆身體健康。體驗太棒了

定房後加了房東微信，以微信聊天形式告知要續住，第二天中午12點20剛到瀋陽故宮，説今天房子已經被預訂，要是續住要加價，我説昨天微信不是説要續住嗎，房東説沒看見，問題是説要續住後我們還有微信交流，就算房東你沒看見也是你的工作失誤，房東的解決方案是要麼加價，要麼退房，沒辦法，瀋陽故宮看了不到一半，匆匆趕回收拾行李2點前退房，行程安排被打亂，瀋陽今天下雨天也涼，但我的心更涼。

房間的位置絕佳，鬧市中的安靜。樓下就是小吃街，離中街很近。帶老母和哥哥旅遊，住的是我們喜愛的房型，屬於套房，房間內一次性用品齊全，衞生也還不錯，淋浴的水很熱很大。老闆人很好，服務態度也都到位。關鍵的是節後的性價比是真的高。推薦一家人親子入住這種房型!

#位置交通離益田假日很近，就在小商品市場附近，酒店定位不太準，建議提前和老闆電話聯繫；或者老闆能更新完善下位置訊息。#衞生床品感覺很乾凈，看着每客打掃定的房間，躺着看電視很舒服。衞生間衞生也不錯。#房間設施房間有衣櫃，晾衣竿，衣服掛，沙發，鞦韆椅等，略微陳舊，但整體住宿來説是可以的#服務老闆人很好，温柔熱心

樓下就是梵高藝術展，步行五分鐘就是中街，樓下就是吾悦商場，衹能説方便的一塌糊塗，特別適合帶着小朋友來瀋陽玩兒臨時住宿～我們兩大一小定的這個房間，裏面一張大床一個榻榻米，住着非常舒服～除了國慶價格長的有點高，其他都很好～交通非常便利，有機會去瀋陽還會考慮這家～
