Every time I come to Shenyang, I will stay in your hotel because the hotel has a good location. It is only a few minutes walk to Shenyang Station. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable, especially Aunt Dong from 6268 who cleans the room every time. The maid folded my clothes for me. Her voice was a little ho**** when I spoke. She also added a few more bottles of water and asked me to drink more hot water. Her words and deeds were as amiable as a family member. The hotel also had a turndown service. I can fall asleep immediately when I come back at night. The curtains are drawn for me, and there is a robot that can deliver things directly to my door. The hotel's service is very considerate, and it truly achieves refined management and provides thoughtful service to the guests. Good location in the city center, convenient for shopping and leisure. The concierge took the initiative to help with luggage and was polite. The service attitude at the front desk was good. The front desk manager Sunny welcomed me warmly and proactively gave me some very good suggestions about what to eat, drink and have fun in Shenyang. The room decoration has a strong sense of design, the hygiene is good, and the pillows and bedding are very comfortable. The overall stay experience is great and highly recommended👍

The cultural relics building was specially selected. The subway station went directly to the elevator for five meters. Facing Shenyang Station, the front desk service in the lobby was gentle and attentive. I brought the children to stay. I was afraid that the quilt was not enough. I asked the front desk for a bed and it was delivered soon. Going out at night after check-in, the front desk lady also reminded me that it was my birthday, I wish me a happy birthday, and sent a fruit platter to the room. I really like this environment and humanities. It is highly recommended to live in Shenyang Station. The photo is very good. The glass window in the corridor is facing the train station. Every window is a painting.

Maybe the front desk arranged the smallest one for me? Anyway, this is not very satisfactory, and I went out and came back with a small massage adverti*****t card in the crack of the door. Because I live alone, I feel a little uneasy. Fortunately, there is an anti-theft chain in the room. But the hot water is very comfortable when taking a bath at night, so I don’t care about the smaller cards. The variety of breakfast is quite abundant, 7-10 am is reasonable, I can't eat until I wake up naturally. The restaurant is on the fifth floor, you can go to the rooftop to have a look. All in all, this hotel is worthy of four stars and its price. I stored my luggage. Before I left, the front desk gave me a bottle of mineral water for me to drink on the road, so although some places are not satisfied, the good service makes people feel good. So you can give five stars. Personally, I think this should be a better choice if I live near Shenyang Station.

Jody at the front desk was professional and friendly. The bathtub was the best thing about our stay and the fact that it's pet friendly. The breakfast is advertised as ”International” but nothing is even remotely on an international standard, bland, mediocre and poorly managed. It is listed as RMB85 but is more in a RMB30-40 range. The restaurant staff is not professional. They should be able to help guests that aren't on the prepaid list without making a scene. Using the spa facilities was a bit of a mission. You have to phone reception and then they send a staff member to the spa desk. Everything is turned off so it takes a while to heat up. The jacuzzi was a bit cold and not that enjoyable. The sauna was awesome. Only one elevator was working (out of three) so expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes each time.

I selected home Inn again instead of the nearest hotel to the rail station because I treated the quality. The room is very clean, only flaw is the window is high and the side table in room 1302 is scratched. Love the reception area and the ladies who served me. There's a coffee place behind the reception as well and the service is excellent. Feel free to buy morning coffee from them. It's walking distance to both Taiyuan metro station & Shenyang station. There's a massage place and a 串串restaurant near by. The prices are good and portions are huge!
