Originally I didn’t want to stay in this kind of B&B. Firstly, I had been in trouble before, and secondly, there were too few reviews about it. I looked at the photos and it looked good, so I booked it. In a newly built community, the whole building is filled with this kind of apartment. There is no signal on the mobile phone in the building, so I can only contact the hotel outside the building, scan the code to register and pick up the key by myself. There is no one during the whole process. The room is clean, but the bathroom looks messy. There is water on the bathroom floor. It has not been cleaned up. Maybe cleaning I only got new sheets. The slippers were not disposable and had a strong smell. There were only two disposable towels. I wanted the store to send two towels, but I was told that they were three yuan a piece. At this price, I stayed in a chain hotel and other people’s towels were available. You can't ask for money. There is still no signal for mobile phones in the whole room unless you put the phone close to the balcony glass. The bed is very clean and the mattress is very soft. However, the surface of the mattress is made of very hard material and is made of very hard materials. The bed The mattress on top of the mattress is very thin. Is it comfortable to sleep on? I don’t see anyone in their reviews mentioning the problem of no cell phone signal. I can’t confirm whether the reviews are true or false. It’s better to stay in this kind of serviced apartment less often in the future. It’s easy to get into trouble, the management is not standardized, and there is no service at all.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Not only was the hotel impeccably clean with stunning interior design, but their service truly stood out. When I accidentally blocked the toilet, they quickly provided another room without hesitation. The room itself was well-stocked with essentials: shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, fresh towels, a hairdryer, slippers, closet space and even bottled water, ensuring a comfortable stay. The inclusive breakfast boasted a diverse selection, predominantly Western cuisine, which was delicious and satisfying. Thank you!

Very convenient with direct access subway from airport. Eateries are limited around the hotel. Walk 200m toward the TV tower & u may find some. I stayed in a midsize suite for a night & on my return 2 nights, they upgraded to the biggest suite. The mid sized suite face the TV tower which the largest suite they give me face a construction site which run 24hrs. Light sleeper do take note. Mattress is softer & more comfortable in the big suite. Toilet bowl for the midsize suite are in a separated room away from bathroom. Breakfast not worth mentioning but the staff are polite. I would rate this as a good basic business hotel. Not the luxurious type u are looking for. Very good price tho.. The main downside for me would be the renovation smells that linger strongly in part of corridor & room. There is a pungent plastic burning smell that bothers me. Secondly, the aircon blower was shut in winter period. I susposed to save cost. Only a small air vent above the window. The air is still & stuffy in the room. I had to left the main door ajar to get some breeze in the room. Pictures are the 80meter square room. Last 4pics are the midsize suite. Prices in chinese dy website are way cheaper.

To Yanheng for a meeting, the surrounding hotels are all star hotels, Ctrip found this hotel, the location is good, went to find that the price is definitely worthy of this price, the overall grade is quite high, the room is clean, the bathroom has no disinfection water smell, indicating that it is indeed disinfected, This is my satisfaction, still at the subway entrance of Shenyang Library. Worth staying.

Jody at the front desk was professional and friendly. The bathtub was the best thing about our stay and the fact that it's pet friendly. The breakfast is advertised as ”International” but nothing is even remotely on an international standard, bland, mediocre and poorly managed. It is listed as RMB85 but is more in a RMB30-40 range. The restaurant staff is not professional. They should be able to help guests that aren't on the prepaid list without making a scene. Using the spa facilities was a bit of a mission. You have to phone reception and then they send a staff member to the spa desk. Everything is turned off so it takes a while to heat up. The jacuzzi was a bit cold and not that enjoyable. The sauna was awesome. Only one elevator was working (out of three) so expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes each time.

We have stayed at Sofitel twice now. It is a beautiful hotel, great rooms, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast buffet and friendly staff. This hotel is conveniently located to several nice malls, many restaurants, parks and the US Embassy.
