Shenzhen Bao'an District 5-star Hotels

The room is simple and clean. Basic amenities is fulfilled. Somehow the feeling of the place is one word OLD. If you are expecting a grand entry. This is not the place to expect. Paying the premium price for the hotel is solely for convenience for flight in the airport. You may proceed to level 3 of the hotel to walk over to the airport for departure. The restaurants in the hotel is serving premium dishes. Nice environment and the food is tasty, if you don't mind the premium. Overall is an average experience as its meant solely for flight. The premium paid just not justify if you are staying in Shenzhen Futian or Luohu. Probably gotta wake up a few hrs earlier. Well you can catch a few winks in flight. If not what better stuff to do in flight stuck in the chair. Lolz. Cheers! Happy Flying!

Ideal location in Shenzhen to enjoy the ohbay at nite. A huge mall nearby to enjoy shopping and food. I would recommend to book hotel with break and dinner inclusive in the package as the deal is so good. Buying them at hotel would be very expensive . Bed is soft and comfortable and spacious.

Very cost-effective, a very atmospheric hotel. There is also the fake sky in Macau, which is very beautiful. The point is very quiet. Walking in is like entering a royal palace.

Great hotel for business travellers. Good location and facilities. Nice executive lounge should be open for longer.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and thoughtful. If you are staying with a child, the front desk manager Huang thoughtfully helped adjust the room to a quieter one and gave me a piece of fresh fruit as a gift. It feels very nice!

Very Standard Tranditional Chinese 5 Start hotel. The room clean and reception helped upgraded the Executive room which was very nice. Service staff very helpful. Breakfast more Chinese, not so many chooices. Sweet dessert taste hard seems not fresh, a bit disappointment with the breakfast. They has a vauble Traditional Chinese funiture chaire for guest to seat, which is very good part, very comfortable.

I came to this hotel because it had better amenities and eat the Glow Shenzhen exhibit. Also, it’s near the East City Plaza. There’s the immediate surroundings, and I checked out a pub called Monster nearby which was playing Harry Potter and having dice games. I think outside of 1km is not the best area. Not far from the bay park, but closer to Guangming new area (20 min). It was not so lively in the hotel itself, but breakfast was good. Everyone friendly. Could have preferred city view versus the residential view though.

Great hotel! Room was fantastic and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Could not ask for anything more perfect. Location was ok with a mall across the road. The metro is quite a distance away but I was happy to get a car or rent a bike. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again. Only downside, I wanted to have a beverage in the ”lobby bar” but it was deserted. No staff there and nothing in there resembled a bar. It more just looked like something for functions. Overall I had a fantastic stay.

If I didn't have a three-day meeting here for convenience, I really wouldn't stay in this hotel. It's really not worth the money! 1. There are 3 hotels in this building! ! ! Haoyue and Hemoden share 3 elevators (and a freight elevator in the safety passage), and there are 2 low-rise elevators farther away). During peak hours, the elevators explode! Taking the stairs is a good idea. Fortunately, the hotel did not arrange a high floor for us as required, but only arranged a lower 14th floor (meetings will be held on the 3rd and 4th floors). Looking at the huge crowd, not a single hotel employee showed up to provide guidance. 2. As soon as you enter the room, there is a sliding door directly facing the shower room of the bathroom (the entrance to the bathroom?), and then the sliding door is loose (shaking), and there is a nail (screw? Didn't look carefully) on the floor next to it. . 3. The bathroom is not equipped with body lotion. I called the front desk to ask for it. The waiter replied that the hotel does not have body lotion (I understand that the guest room is not equipped with it and guests can take it as needed. However, the front desk once again emphasized that the hotel does not have body lotion. !!!), I curiously asked the hotel employee who came to clean the room, and explained that because no one used the previous lotion and it had expired, I didn’t buy any more, and then suggested that I use the small tube in the razor. ! Is Auntie serious? Do you think that little tube is body lotion? Haha, it’s expired and the guests won’t use it! 4. The huge TV in the room was fixed to the floor with 4 expansion screws, but two of the screws were completely loose. We were afraid that we would accidentally knock it over, so we stayed away; after staying in the hotel for 3 days, I I forgot to mention that the customer cleaning staff didn't find it or deal with it. 5. The ”Clean Room” and ”Do Not Disturb” switch buttons in the room were broken. I found out at noon the next day that the room was not clean. Then the ”Do Not Disturb” light at the door of the room stayed on. I canceled it in the past and found the button. It didn't work, so I could only ask the waiter to come back to clean it in the afternoon; however, on the third day, there was still no one to deal with it, so I had to remind the hotel staff who were cleaning other rooms when I went out to come and clean it. 6. The toilet is very big. However, the huge toilet takes up more than 2/3 of the space of the toilet. After sitting down, there is not much space in front of me. I am afraid of bumping my head when I lower my head. When using the toilet, I have to face the wall! ?
