IntercityHotel Shenzhen Futian Huanggang

The hotel was excellent, very satisfied. The room was spacious, with a comfortable and well-designed layout. It was very clean and tidy, though the bed was a bit soft. The subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. Dim Sum restaurants are just a short walk away, so dining is really easy. The hotel's service and facilities were great, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

This was my most satisfying hotel stay ever! The hygiene, facilities, service, and location were all excellent. The subway station is right outside the hotel entrance, and my room had a direct view of Futian city center. The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and enthusiastic. The only minor downsides were that the food ordered from the hotel restaurant wasn't great, and the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. However, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so finding food was very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

My stay at the Intercity Hotel was an absolute delight, a truly pleasant experience for both mind and body. The location is superb; step out and you're right at Huanggang Village Station on Line 7, putting the entire city within easy reach. In the evenings, the vibrant local atmosphere and a plethora of late-night food options added a comforting touch to my trip. The room itself was well-designed with excellent natural light, and being on a high floor, the view of the city skyline was expansive and unobstructed. Breakfast was a treat for the taste buds – alongside Western and Chinese dishes, there were steaming baskets of authentic Cantonese dim sum and freshly made 'cheong fun' (rice noodle rolls) that were incredibly satisfying. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, with a pleasant, subtle botanical scent. The laundry service was also thoughtful and meticulous, showing attention to detail. But what truly impressed me most was the service. From the lobby to the guest rooms, every staff member greeted me with genuine smiles and gentle words, making every interaction feel warm and welcoming. Definitely worth a revisit, and I look forward to coming back.

The location is excellent, and the hotel staff are responsible, friendly, and attentive. The hotel facilities are great, especially their private gym, which consists of individual rooms. They even provide towels and bottled water, although the temperature in the small rooms is a bit high, and the control doesn't seem to work. In the laundry room, housekeeping staff are always present to ensure machines aren't hogged, preventing other guests from waiting. The housekeeping staff who deliver linens are also very pleasant, warm, and thoughtful. The only disappointment was the one-on-one butler service, which was absolutely no help at all.

Stayed here for a business trip, and it's super convenient, right by the subway entrance. From check-in, I was impressed by how modern and tech-savvy the room felt. It was all very satisfying and comforting. I also really enjoyed the drip coffee in the room, and the slippers were wonderfully thick and soft. I'll definitely stay here again.
