Check-in第一下感覺已經唔多好，大堂有3個阿叔係冷氣環境下食煙，高談闊論，可能係老闆或者相人士。
衛生：一入房已經見到天花發毛，仲有蜘蛛絲痴住。廁所馬桶邊可能無沖乾淨有尿味。
位置：蓮塘站A出口直行唔洗5分鐘，Good。
服務：麻麻地啦，個服務員見到3條友係度煲煙都唔阻止，早餐又唔肯俾多份，雖然最後都無食到。
設施：一般般啦，電視算新，張床算舒服，但個天花咁下樣，我入過其他房睇都一樣，可以上層冷氣太大，平時間房租唔出，無開冷氣出倒汗水，但都要處理下架！
3樓大床房隻窗向平台，好聽就逃身容易，唔好聽就叫方便老爆。
酒店用品就「聯合國」有好幾個酒店名，夠曬「國際」！
淋浴間度門個擋水位太幼，唔著鞋踩到踢到應該幾痛下。
深圳黎講，200蚊一晚算對得住房價既，不過就對唔住個店名囉，叫返賓館算啦。我個人覺得張床都瞓得幾舒服既，不過屋企人一入房見到發毛天花已經大受打擊，本身住兩晚，佢即叫我搵Trip問有無得退一晚，好在Trip都幫我快手處理到。
如果A出口間曼XX只係俾多40元，建議你為家庭幸福著想，俾多少少訂曼XX酒店啦。（利申：未住過，但出面望落OK）

十分差。雖然本人訂的是雙人床，要求更換單人床（因我跟太太訂房的），服務員說已滿，沒有得更換，也算了，我明白酒店可能已訂滿。
而冷氣掣我們不知道是拍在床邊，不顯眼，我跟服務員說叫人上門協助，那服務員好像冷笑一下，很不願意叫另一位同事上來協助。
最大問題是廁所渠位所發出的渠味很難受，即使已沖涼(洗澡），也僻不了那些惡臭，而且我跟服務員說，只是用膠紙封了渠口了事。而沒有用通渠水，或其他僻除臭味的措施，事後亦沒詢問我們是否滿意。
最後我要忍受著臭味睡覺，十分難受。

近蓮塘站，附近好多食的，又可以去植物公園看看，園內有循環巴士。房間滿干淨的，空間也大，床和被子都舒服。

設施：酒店在蓮塘地鐵口步行兩三分鐘就到，樓下吃喝便利店都非常方便，設施設備很新
衞生：衞生比較乾淨，房間寬敞明亮
環境：周邊毗鄰地鐵口、學校，去口岸非常方便，地鐵五分鐘
服務：服務很熱情，前台小哥哥很耐心有禮貌，也很熱情

到深圳比較累，就隨便訂了一個酒店，沒想到還不錯。前台服務很好，看到我比較累，立馬拿瓶水給我，覺得很暖心！設施齊全，以後出差來深圳，這就是我必住的地方了！
