I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.The room was clean and comfortable.the staff provided friendly and helpful service. The only small downside was a faint cigarette smell in the room..Other than that,everything was excellent .I would still recommend this hotel to other.

Amazing hotel in a very good location with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast is great and there’s new dishes daily. We upgraded our room after three days cause we had no windows and received an even bigger room that the one we paid for with windows from floor to ceiling.

first time staying ATour and it sure is good. Can stay this hotel if youre in shenzhen for holiday! Breakfast spread was big but many of the items were a miss. Cleanliness wise, was good and service staff were nice too.

Requested check in early due to morning flight. The hotel allowed us to check in as early as 6am without additional charge. The laundry is good and free, we can even leave the clothes washing with instructions. A very thoughtful hotel and now we heading to another Crystal Orange Hotel in Foshan, hopefully as good as in Shenzhen

Holiday trip with partner and it is walking distance to 'gu chen'. easy to catch 'didi'.
