The location is absolutely excellent, right next to the subway exit, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby – super convenient. The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the toiletries are of good quality, and the fridge even comes with complimentary drinks. The lobby has a pleasant aroma, and the public areas are clean and elegant. The breakfast selection is abundant, with fresh and delicious made-to-order pastries. The staff are gentle and patient with their service. The overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for both short trips and extended stays. The value for money is outstanding.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making transportation very easy, and there are many food delivery options available at night. The hotel description mentioned convenient parking, but it turned out to be paid parking, costing about 50 yuan for 12 hours. The occupancy rate seemed low, and the service was subpar, with staff using rather poor language. One day, after the room was cleaned, the cleaner didn't replenish the tissues. I called later that evening to request two packs, and a staff member brought four, adding, 'Is that enough for you?' which really got my blood pressure rising. Checkout was similar: at 11:30 AM, I received a call from the front desk saying, 'Our checkout time is 12 PM, and exceeding that will incur a half-day room charge!' Again, my blood pressure spiked. I figured, for a room costing over 600 yuan, I shouldn't expect much in terms of service anyway; you get what you pay for, after all. So, after two nights, we switched hotels.

Good. Very good, super good. The location is excellent; the subway entrance is right to the left of the hotel's main entrance. The room decor is simple and elegant. Facilities are complete, and food delivery options nearby are very convenient. I checked into the Ji Hotel Huanggang branch on August 1, 2026. While I was in line, a woman in another queue started yelling at the male front desk staff in my line, saying she had been waiting a long time and no one had helped her. The male staff member in my line then said he would help her first. Without my consent, he just left me to assist that woman. It was already my turn, and I was inexplicably left standing there again. It's truly speechless. So, if you make a scene, you get served faster? They completely disregard customers who are already waiting in line. So, does that mean everyone can just pick an empty spot, make a fuss, and get priority? What kind of service is this from Ji Hotel's front desk? It's outrageous! You could have found someone else to help her, but you shouldn't abandon the customer who is right in front of you. This kind of front desk service is unacceptable. This is the service industry – her time is valuable, but mine isn't? I patiently waited in line; the first person was served, the second person was served, and then it was my turn. Oh! But there's a loud customer, so you, the quiet one, just step aside and wait! That's how the front desk at your Ji Hotel Huanggang branch treated me, a customer!
