The front desk staff were friendly and polite, always ready to assist with any requests. There's a robot for food delivery, and plenty of takeaway options nearby, which is very convenient.

This hotel was fantastic! The service was exceptional, from the front desk all the way to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and gentle. I spent a long time choosing a hotel before coming to Shenzhen and this one exceeded all my expectations! We forgot our umbrellas when we went out, and the front desk was so thoughtful. Seeing that we were two girls, they gave us two adorable umbrellas. We accidentally broke one, but they didn't ask us for any compensation. The hotel environment is lovely, it's quiet at night, and the soundproofing is excellent. The bed was so comfortable, I just wanted to lie there all day and didn't even want to go out.
