公寓式酒店，房間比較寬敞、整潔，有洗衣機、冰箱、電視機、電熱水器等，入住之前，要跟客服電話聯繫，客服加微信後發房間號及時密碼、wifi號及時密碼，併發身份證正反面登記。全程自助。除了沒有傳統的酒店大堂外，其他還不錯，性價比挺高。

房間夠大，設施很舊，服務嘛？反正我不推薦，進房缺毛巾，坐便器缺零件，前台説修不起，被人蹲壞了，住了一晚，沒在衞生間上過大號。真不推薦

預訂的兩點入住，到了之後老闆一直拖，説什麼衞生沒搞好説什麼人多很忙，説什麼店裡沒人現在。還讓我別走攜程平台讓我直接把錢轉給他個人賬户，真的很討厭，然後罵罵咧咧一小時，三點才住進去，環境真的很噁心，牆壁發潮，空調沒風，被子還被煙頭燙出個洞，酒店沒有電梯，最低都是三樓衹能自己搬行李，太噁心了

馬桶都是壞的，浴巾的年份非常久遠，不建議入住，如果是考試需要住附近可以忍耐一下，離深圳美術學校挺近。但情侶入住非常不建議，替大家先入坑了，哈哈
