The apartment is quite good for the price, good service however it is troublesome if you order take away the driver cannot enter the elevator.

The room is big and comfortable. The guy in white at the front desk is very welcoming and sent fruit. It's a surprise that I can live in such a good room at this price in a place like Shenzhen where the consumption level is so high. It's clean and there is a small study room

Very good, clean environment, new facilities, automatic curtains in the room, heated toilet, and fresh fruit delivered by the front desk guy. The only downside is that the location is a bit messy, and I could hear people making noises at 11 or 12 pm, so I'd better bring earplugs.
