Our recent stay at the InterContinental Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center far exceeded our expectations, impressing us in every aspect. The hotel's architecture is grand and magnificent, the public areas are meticulously maintained and elegant, and the guest rooms are spotless and spacious. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and all facilities were well-maintained. The location is superb, offering great convenience whether you're heading to the exhibition center or exploring the surrounding areas. What truly delighted us was the hotel's parent-child handicraft program. The activities were rich and engaging, and the staff were incredibly patient with their guidance. Our child was fully immersed, enjoying the hands-on experience of crafting and having a blast. This added so many joyful memories to our trip, which is a huge bonus for family travel. We would like to extend a special thank you to the front desk staff: Kidd, Linda, Winnie, Diana, and Iris. As we were a large family group, the check-in process was a bit complex, but they handled everything efficiently and in an organized manner. They consistently addressed our various requests, big and small, with a gentle attitude, patiently listened, and proactively helped coordinate solutions to all our issues. Their professionalism was evident in every detail, and we truly felt their thoughtful and warm service. This hotel perfectly balances the needs of business travelers and family vacationers, making it ideal for both business meetings and family fun. Our overall experience was top-notch, and we're still thinking about it even after leaving. We will definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Shenzhen!

I chose to stay at the InterContinental Shenzhen International Exhibition Center for my recent exhibition in Shenzhen, and the entire stay far exceeded my expectations – highly recommended! The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to the exhibition center, making it incredibly convenient for attending events. The overall design is upscale and grand, with a spacious and airy lobby that exudes an artistic ambiance. You can truly feel the quality of a high-end hotel the moment you step inside. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, starting from 50 square meters, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer excellent natural light and views. The entire room was spotless and well-maintained, with meticulous attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for quick relaxation after a long day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and was equipped with Byredo toiletries, which had a luxurious scent and provided a great washing experience. Smart facilities were easy to use, and the room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped, and the swimming pool has an elegant atmosphere, perfect for exercise and relaxation during leisure time. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, balancing both Chinese and Western dishes, and the quality of the food is excellent, catering to diverse dining preferences. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. Alfreda from Guest Relations was professional and courteous, and Linda made the check-in and check-out process efficient and smooth. Winnie handled all my requests promptly and effectively, and Chris provided thoughtful service without being intrusive. Whether it was inquiries related to membership or requests for in-room amenities, the team responded quickly, demonstrating their strong commitment to guest experience. Overall, this hotel is perfect for both business exhibitions and short getaways. The facilities are top-notch, and the service is meticulous and attentive. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

A great experience overall! The hotel facilities are excellent. Facilities: Very good Cleanliness: Clean, and they have a swimming pool. Service: We dined at the Chinese restaurant, and the dishes were quite good. I'd definitely bring my family here next time. The hotel also offers direct shuttle service to the ski resort.

The executive lounge staff were very friendly and helpful. The mousse cake was delicious and the ambiance was great. The only downside is that the hotel is close to the airport. We heard airplane engines every five minutes, making it hard to fall asleep even with earplugs. The breakfast was just average.

This was my first stay here. Before check-in, staff reached out to ask about my needs, and they were able to accommodate requests like birthday decorations, a small cake, and extra tea bags. A big thank you to Sherry for arranging everything. The room wasn't particularly large, and I wasn't lucky enough to get an upgraded room type, but they did assign me a high floor, which was decent. The lounge, apart from afternoon tea and happy hour, only offered coffee, tea, and soft drinks. There weren't even any nuts, candies, or cookies, which is something the InterContinental Zhuhai does better. However, the lounge staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, making for a very pleasant dining experience. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the noodle station auntie and the ladies clearing tables. The omelet chef, by comparison, was a bit less engaging. When checking out, the front desk gentleman even took my son to see the large Eaton model, which made him absolutely thrilled.

Great ambiance, the hotel is quite new and stylishly designed. The lobby is perfect for photos, and the service is excellent. The front desk even gave me a cute little souvenir doll! Highly recommended for its wonderful service.
