I am very satisfied with this B&B. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is strong, the hot water is sufficient, the projector TV is large, and all disposable supplies are available. Although the entrance is a bit difficult to find, the customer service patiently taught me and solved the problem with the projector TV. It is very considerate. ”❤️ I’ll stay here again next time I’m on business

房子的地段選得很好，很安靜，衞生很不錯，房間設施很齊全，風格很清新，居住的體驗非常得好，非常的完美，希望下次還有機會住進來

上星期跟朋友入住桐一民宿，地點離紅岭北站不遠，樓下有食店及士多算是方便，抵讚。
到達入住時電話號碼不正確聯繫不上，自行找服務台查詢才找到房東，花了不少時間。
入到民宿感覺比照片裡的地方細，部分地方發霉及失修（如圖）。衛生還過得去，雖然床鋪有一兩條頭髮，望落整體都算乾淨，起碼沒有蝨咬😆
設施：冷氣夠凍，風筒夠力，有投射電視但音響一般。
附近有沃爾馬，足浴店，又近八掛一路美食街。
總結：談不上很出色，如果房東可以維修一下會更高分。如要求不高可以接受。

實際圖片看看 ，地板很舊了 ，有幾個地方都發霉 。
洗手間還有頭髮在去水口
影音系統不錯
店家有提供1次性床單 😊

房間比想像中要小，設施也不算好，投射屏幕經常連不到訊號，要重新連接；閣樓的房間有太多的危險性存在，不建議帶小朋友的旅客入住，房間裏的衣櫃門是壞的，床尾的毛墊都已經全起了毛頭，也太令人起雞皮疙瘩了。
浴室坐廁的廁所板是鬆的，就快要脱落的樣子，毛巾是一次性的那一種，雖然比較衞生，但就是不吸水，身子刷極也好像還沒有乾一樣。
不過地點還算方便，就湊合給個妳評吧。

房間尚算乾淨，某些地方需改善，如廚房和桌子的衛生，因為洗手間的設計，鏡子和洗手盆都在外邊，但下面有部洗衣機突出來了(忘了拍照)，大人都很難用到，何況是小孩～所以比較多使用廚房的鋅盤，但廚房的鋅盤有點兒味道，不太能接受，最後，垃圾多的話是要自己掉的…

本來打算住三天，房東説平台定一天，後兩天算續住，微信付款可以免平台佣金，打93折。後來有事要退一天，跟我説那就不能打折了。我沒多説，但是房東自己覺得合理不？等於免佣金是我幫房東免的，那我何必微信付款呢？平時沒有看按金退回的習慣，這次幸好看了。跟我説是因為提前退房了，所以沒有自動退按金，平時提前退房的情況應該也是有的吧，難道還不熟悉流程嗎？如果我不提，是衹是會推遲退按金還是就不退了呢。總之希望更加規範一點吧
