The room had cockroaches, and they wouldn't let us change rooms. They also wouldn't provide disposable slippers.

I recently traveled to Shenzhen, and I absolutely have to recommend this hotel! I chose [Hotel Name], and the location is fantastic—perfect for finding restaurants, shopping malls, and attractions nearby, and it's also very convenient to get around by subway. During check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and they even thoughtfully recommended fun places to visit nearby. The room was clean and tidy, decorated very warmly, and the bed was so soft and comfortable I didn't want to get up. The facilities were also excellent, with a smart toilet, HD TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—a truly comfortable stay. This stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The room was fully equipped, but the bed would have been better if it were a bit firmer. The owner personally waited outside and led me to the parking lot. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the toilet and shower shared a single door.

The hotel was unclean; the sheets and blankets weren't changed after each guest, and there was hair and yellow stains. The service was practically nonexistent. Overall, it was just so-so!

服務很好，距離地鐵站很近，交通便捷，衞生乾淨。房間不是很大，但也夠住了，不能帶太多大箱子的行李，不然施展不開。

樓下看着環境很一般…還以為什麼黑店。房間一般，但是進去的時候有個老大爺從我房間裏衞生間出來？好像是老闆的人？我説他剛是不是上廁所了？我還沒住別人就用房間上廁所？無語到了最後才同意換了一個房間
