Highly recommended for travellers. Excellent service and decent size room. Very close to metro lines. Many shops, restaurants and cafes outside the hotel.

My stay at Atour was absolutely amazing! The front desk offered superb service, being both welcoming and highly professional. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so comfortable that it really gave me the break I deserved away from home. What really felt like a dream was having someone do my laundry daily—it was such a convenient and stress-free experience! The location is also perfect, situated right opposite Huaqiang North station, with tons of food choices and shopping options just downstairs. Without a doubt, Atour will be my first choice when I am back next time!

Had a really pleasant stay at Atour Hotel during my trip. Convenient and directly across to Huaqiangbei Station. Room were comfortable and sound proof is good, making the space calm and quiet. One thing I really appreciated was the complimentary laundry service. The housekeeping team even helped handle the laundry and delivered it back to room, which was incredibly helpful during travel. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, always willing to share guides and local tips. Another bonus was the complimentary afternoon tea, supper, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The location is great, nearby MTR station. Good for shopping. The rooms with sound proofing wall, this hotel provides laundry service. All the services is excellent and friendly with care staffs. Will stay for next time if come to Shenzhen.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient and made it easy for us to get around. Highly recommend this hotel! Superb location, excellent service. I love the buffet breakfast. The made-to-order 腸粉 (rice noodle) is one of the best I have tasted. They also serve free supper, and free Haagen-Dasz! I had quite a lot of online shopping parcels delivered to the hotel. The front desk staff very patiently helped me to locate my stuff. I am truly thankful for that. Keep up the great job!

Pretty satisfied with our stay at Atour Hotel Huaqiang North Pedestrian Street branch. The location is excellent, right in front of the metro entrance and surrounded by numerous food centres, restaurants, and shopping options in the vicinity. The breakfast spread is decent, and all the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We have never had a bad experience staying with the Atour hotel chain.

It was a pleasant stay. Hotel location is best. Its the main market loaction. Everything was perfect and special thanks to the receptionist I forgot her name she helped us a lot in ordering the food for ourselves. Staff overall was very much friendly. Hope to visit again. Thank you.
