Cleanliness - the hotel lobby is a little run down, doesn’t look clean, bad lighting and floors always feel sticky. Location - great due to proximity to Windows of the World and next to a decent shopping mall. Service - I asked for extra pairs of toothbrush and it took around 20 minutes to be delivered to my room. Amenities - Inadequate hand wash, shampoo, shower gel. I think room service did not refill them fully and so it ran out very quickly, creating lots of inconvenience. The bottom of sink was leaking water as well. Room smelt with constant hint of smoking. Imagine someone smoked in the room previously, has been aired out but it still lingers. That is what it is. Elevator also took ages to reach 27th floor, and it is always packed. Why? Because only one elevator is operating. It took us almost 20 minutes wait to get to lobby. The bed sheet was ripped and worn out, not a good sight. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A very good hotel to stay for tourist visiting Shenzhen for the 1st time. 3 main attractions are within walking distance and one more is one station away. Great view of drone show at windows of the world. Next door is Holiday Plaza shopping mall with lots of food options. Downstairs is Metro station

Flawless hotel! The service was extremely pleasant and attentive, no issues whatsoever with anything. Strongly recommended and many thanks to the receptionists for the amazing attitude and helpful service!!!

Overall experience is ok however the hotel is lacking twin bed hotel room for choosing!

Very good. Good service. The location is excellent because I would like to go to the window of the world. It’s only 1 minute. And a shopping mall is just around  the corner. Many places for food. Very convenient.

One of my favorite areas in Shenzhen.  For the price you probably won’t find better.  I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the room and quality of the features in the bathroom, lighting, tea kettle and such.  The front desk was always helpful with my requests.  Even had a little self-service laundry room to freshen up my clothes.  Knowing some Mandarin helps, I didn’t test their English.  I would consider this one again for sure.

Beside window of the world attraction, but otherwise need to book taxi 30 mins to any other main area for shopping. Beside is a mall that has a lot of restaurants so good wasn’t an issue. Room is pretty small as well but just enough for 2 pax.

ROOM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE IS SMELL NO GOOD , ROOM IS NOT CLEAN I DON'T BELIEVE THE HOTEL ESTABLISHED ONE YEAR AGO ROOM IS VERY SMALL , PRICE IS UNREASONABE WE WILL NOT GO AGAIN
