Let me tell you about my stay at Meilun during my business trip – it was a huge, wonderful surprise! First off, the room was incredibly clean. The toiletries were complete and high-end, and the mattress and pillows were just the right firmness. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a super quiet night's sleep. The front desk staff were top-notch. Check-in was fast, and they answered all my questions patiently, making me feel right at home. But there was an even bigger surprise! When I left for my errands in the morning, I had left some clothes soaking in the sink, planning to wash them later that evening. To my astonishment, when I returned, they had been washed and dried! On the nightstand, there was a handwritten note from the staff, and reading it truly touched me deeply (I've attached a picture of it). I was genuinely moved. I highly recommend everyone experience this hotel; the price is incredibly reasonable too. I'll definitely be staying here again for all my future business trips to Shenzhen.

The rooms are very spacious and feel really comfortable, perfect for families or friends traveling together. It's very clean and hygienic, and the service is excellent. We had a very satisfying stay.

I was very satisfied with this stay. 1. Room 1901 is on a high floor and close to the elevators, but it was relatively quiet compared to other rooms. 2. The facilities are great, the consumables are high quality, and the room is spacious enough. 3. The electric curtains automatically detect day and night. 4. Breakfast was excellent, with steamed chicken feet with black bean sauce and steamed spare ribs with black bean sauce. 5. If you can't make it to breakfast, they can prepare bread and fruit for you. 6. The hotel front desk staff proactively greets you every time.

Facilities: The overall infrastructure is very well-equipped and quite smart, making for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness: The room was very tidy upon entry, and the bathroom was spotless. Environment: The location is great; it was very convenient for my friends and me to attend the concert, as the venue was less than a 5-minute walk away. It's also right next to a shopping mall, which is very handy. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. There were various drinks, snacks, and coffee available in the lobby, making it a pleasant spot to relax while waiting for someone.

Excellent location near the stadium! The room was spotless and bright, and the mattress was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast was a fantastic spread with both Western and Chinese options. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, and the robot delivery service was a thoughtful touch. With a gym and laundry room readily available, it's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Absolutely incredible value for money!

This is the first negative review I've ever given for a hotel booking, and it was truly a terrible experience! 1. My flight to Shenzhen was canceled and delayed, so I urgently booked a room. Merun was the first option that popped up. It showed a price of 390 for 'pay at checkout' and also indicated a special offer, so I booked it directly – non-cancellable. However, when I checked out today, I discovered that besides the 390, they deducted over 30,000 points from me! This means the hotel actually cost over 700. Why isn't the price clearly stated upfront?! 2. The room reeked of smoke!!! 3. The window insulation is poor; it was very noisy! Absolutely awful! The front desk service was good, though; hats off to the young lady there.

The location is excellent, right next to ICO, so you've got all your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs covered. The room amenities, like toiletries, are very complete and well-stocked, similar to Atour hotels, which is a big plus.
