Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Guangming Hongqiao Park Reviews

This hotel is excellent, both in terms of facilities and service. The breakfast is also plentiful, and all my family and friends traveling with me praised it highly. Hongqiao Park and Guangming Roasted Pigeon are within walking distance of the hotel, so you can enjoy a stroll in the park and savor the roasted pigeon without any hassle.

The hotel is very close to Hongqiao, within walking distance, which is very convenient. The family room we booked wasn't available, so they upgraded us to a larger room and even provided an extra bed for the child. The service was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit simple, but it wasn't crowded during the New Year's Day holiday, which was nice.

The Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Hongqiao Park was absolutely delightful! The location is great, making it easy to get around. Tab provided exceptional service; he was enthusiastic, answered all our questions, and even proactively shared local travel tips, which made our trip much smoother. I truly appreciate his help! The breakfast was also good.

We are a family of seven from Hong Kong and recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Guangming Hongqiao Park for two nights. Mr. Jam Zhan, the Service Manager, was extremely helpful with our booking for four rooms, ensuring that our requests were met. He provided us with clear information about the hotel’s location and guidance on how to get there. All our rooms were clean and conveniently located on the same floor, and we truly appreciated his attentive and professional service. As we were new to the area, Ms. Lily 王力 generously showed us places of interest and explained local details and locations. Her professional service and friendly attitude made our trip enjoyable and memorable. We are very grateful to both Mr. Jam Zhan and Ms. Lily 王力 for their exceptional hospitality, which made our stay a wonderful experience

Conveniently located near So Fun Live concert venue, like close enough to walk. Or take a taxi. We did both and after the show walking made more sense. Lovely hotel for sure. Lobby with quality snacks, comfortable seating, restrooms and a kind staff (albeit confused about scanning passports). The room is very lovely, with a very cool view. The tub water runs cold before you can fill it, but I do love a rubber duckie. The shower has two options: ceiling rain or the adjustable regular spigot. At least that water was fine and hot. Robes, thin slippers, desk, living room, fridge with tea and coffee set up, bidet with a heated seat were all perfect.

This hotel is perfect for business trips! The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, making it very quiet for working. The high-speed WiFi is seamless, allowing me to handle work files without any issues. The hotel is also very close to my meeting locations, which saved a lot of commuting time. The breakfast is well-balanced and provides a quick energy boost to start the day. Definitely a great choice for business travelers!

Close to the Hongqiao Park which is the reason for staying there. Room was clean & spacious. Breakfast good. Service good. It was money’s worth.

Arrived at 8 PM, only to be told our room wasn't ready. They didn't even offer bottled water while we waited, and there was a complete lack of apology throughout! Even a higher-ranking staff member showed up and still offered no apology, just kept making excuses about the hotel being fully booked the night before. It was 8 PM for check-in—are they implying guests arrived too early?! I can't imagine how this hotel trains its staff!

Very close to Hongqiao Park, the environment is super comfortable. During the Christmas holidays, the hotel was beautifully decorated everywhere, making for great photo opportunities. The Bluetooth speaker in the room is worth mentioning; the sound quality is excellent. The only area for improvement is the dining: the boiled egg at breakfast was undercooked, and the lean meat in the noodles was also undercooked – it seemed too rushed.

Quite a new hotel, spacious room with 2 double beds and sofa. Manager Mr. 占is helpful and speaks Canto. Location wise, 10 minutes walk from the red bridge park. Although not in the city center, few minutes to reach the major mall and metro on DiDi. Recommend.

Room had odor of cigarettes. Smells wafted in through the ac ventilation ducts. Inevitable when smoking rules are not enforced...
