The hotel's location was incredibly hard to find; my navigation system completely failed, and I had to call for help just to get there. The check-in experience was even worse: the room was tiny, and the bathroom was less than 2 square meters, with the shower, toilet, and sink crammed together, causing water to splash everywhere when showering. The shower system was counter-intuitive and required special instructions to operate. What was most appalling was the attitude of the person in charge—when I called for assistance, they were incredibly condescending, immediately assuming I hadn't read the information or was operating the equipment incorrectly. They were extremely reluctant to provide remote guidance and even unreasonably demanded to enter my room to fix it. Even though someone else had clearly turned off the hot water valve, they insisted it was my doing. Such arrogant service providers are an absolute nightmare for consumers! Furthermore, the hallway outside the room was noisy and chaotic with people.

Choosing this apartment near the subway station was a brilliant decision! It's super close to the subway, making transfers incredibly convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable. Terrible. What they call a 'duplex' room, you can't even stand up straight on the second floor. Even crouching, you'll hit your head. You literally have to bend over the whole time. If you don't mind that, then go for it, I guess. The bathroom is also incredibly tiny.

The room is nice and very clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. However, the toilet is slightly small and the ceiling of the 2nd floor of the loft is very low. 😉

Near to HongHu MRT, walking distance, easy travelling to everywhere in ShenZhen. Inside room got washing machine cum dryer. Room is studio style, got 2 double bed.
