房間簡陋，茶発不潔淨，沙發更是慘不忍睹，污漬處處 ，完全不想接觸， 唯有用一次性的浴巾攤開鋪上沙發才可以安坐。 浴室沒有浴簾 ，花灑頭出水不暢順， 淋浴時水花四濺 ，令到地面積水，很不方便。電風筒又壞的，插上电完全不轉動，而且有燒焦的氣味。

偶然訂到這間公寓，雖然離我開會的地方有3公里，門口就是公交車站，也能打到車，去景區也是很方便。公寓所處居民區，標識很容易找到，住的多是年輕人，有一些應該是長租。設定基本備齊，對於出差來説是個性價比相當高的地方，需要環境好的可以去訂酒店。另外，表揚店主小哥哥，退房時落下個東西，及時電話聯繫我幫我快遞給我，好評！

房間在一條小路里，距離梧桐山很近，外立面裝飾別有一番風味，花草點綴加上紅色牆面非常好看。房間確實不大，但是價格放在這裏也沒啥説的。裏面有沙發桌子吃飯方便，而且不吵。唯一美中不足的就是蚊蟲較多，洗手間裏有個小蟲子。

還不錯，非假日出現還行。因為地理位置比較遠，出門最方便的是公交。也是最划算的。公交週末的時候人挺多的。深圳的公交都很便宜。因為玩了兩天所以續住，感覺還行吧。出行時間公交花費太久了。但是深圳都這樣比自己開車還好。

整體設施還可以，不過環境衞生一般，沙發上發現有頭髮，住的是頂樓，有開空調還是覺得比較熱。當時忘記拍照了沒有照片。
