Not bad at all. It was clean and all the facilities were smart-enabled. The butler service was very attentive, and the location downstairs was convenient with a commercial area and plenty of dining options. The surrounding environment is pretty good, and they also offer luggage storage.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room had a smart password lock, and the codes are changed for each guest, which made us feel very secure. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-lit, with soft, comfortable bedding. We especially loved that the TV came with Tencent Video VIP – that's something many other hotels don't offer! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were super quick. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a shopping district and a subway station nearby, so you have everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. We'll definitely choose this apartment again next time we're in Shenzhen. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Found a truly comforting apartment near Shenzhen North Station. It's conveniently located, and the room itself is clean, tidy, and boasts a stylish, minimalist decor. The sunlight streaming through the windows creates such a pleasant atmosphere. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring an exceptionally peaceful sleep. The amenities are comprehensive, and I especially loved being able to project my favorite movies – they even provide Tencent Video VIP! The staff were gentle and attentive, yet completely non-intrusive throughout my stay. This place is truly excellent!

This apartment near Shenzhen North Station is great! The location is absolutely fantastic – it's a 10-minute walk to the subway station and a 10-minute taxi ride directly to Shenzhen North Station. There are also many bus routes nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. The room features luxurious decor with amazing south-facing light and large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide view. The smart lock adds both security and convenience. The hygiene is meticulously maintained; the bedding and washroom are spotless, and it even comes equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There's also a garden on the third floor that makes you feel completely relaxed. The service is very attentive – they explained everything patiently during check-in, and any subsequent questions were answered instantly. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth recommending!

Look at the picture. Hurry up and order disposable sheets and duvet covers late at night. My arms started itching as soon as I lay down. There were four bites in a row. I don't know what bit me.

The room was great, on a high floor with a wide view, and quite comfortable. There's a shopping mall downstairs, covering most of the dining and entertainment options. Cleanliness was good, the front desk staff were helpful and provided solutions for any issues raised, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Excellent! I would definitely consider coming again next time. The location is very convenient, the rooms are large and very nice, very clean, and the newly opened facilities are also very good. Being near Shenzhen North Station, it's definitely worth considering.

There are three-bedroom rooms suitable for families, more like a guesthouse. Security guards sometimes block entry. The building itself is relatively new and compact, with an open kitchen containing an induction cooker but no pots or pans; like in hotels, you can only use a kettle to boil water. Registration and the rooms are in different buildings; you need to walk through the underground parking garage to get there.

The stay was very comfortable. The environment was very nice and quiet. The guy also helped to upgrade the room type. It was very warm. The check-in guide was very well done. Five-star praise

I had a great time staying in Shenzhen this time. The room was clean and sanitary, and disposable slippers and toiletries were provided. It was very far from the North Station, suitable for traveling. The service was also good. The overall experience was very good.

When I booked, I was told to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a night view at the sky. I was actually staying on the 5th floor, a low floor. Ctrip induced me to spend money, and I couldn't see the night view.
