Great hotel , big beds, comfortable and clean. They are especially helpful to extend checkout hours for late flight. Great location just outside subway and malls. great value for money.

-The building is across a big shopping mall so it's very convenient. -The metro is a few meters away. -The staff was nice and approachable -Wonderful room and the bed was comfy - The entrance is on the left side (B2) if you are facing the A side of the building. The front desk is on the 10th floor (Room 1018) I'll definitely stay here again. Tip: don't let the bad reviews get to you, however, if you want a 5 start hotel service and amenity, yet only willing to pay cheap, go away.

Very clean and new-looking rooms. Rooms were a bit small for two luggages. Got to put luggage by the fridge and sink area. Bed area to balcony was tight for walking. Great balcony that allowed us to hang our washed clothes on the clothing line. Washing machine in our room. Hot water shower was not consistent as it operated based on time and how much was used. Got to do a quick bath. Location was about 200m away from train station. Convi. About a street away had a line of food shops and 10 min away had malls. Nice stay.

Very clean and well equipped apartment style rooms. Location in Futian is great and very close to the metro station. Check in and out was extremely smooth. Great value for money!

Centrally located, metro close by, several shopping centres

Great location right in the city center, next to Gangxia metro station. All tourist attractions are nearby, there are many shops and restaurants around. The apartment is ideal for two. There is everything you need for both a short and long stay. There is even a washing machine, which is very convenient. It's quiet at night, despite the fact that it's the city center. The only downside is the shower, which is not fenced off from the rest of the bathroom, and after taking a shower everything around is wet.

The location of the apartment was really nice. It is close to the Gangxia metro station and also, there was a big shopping mall and variety of restaurants are located right across the road. Definitely choose to stay this apartment for my next visit to Shenzhen.

I had a good time staying in this appartement hotel. The staff was great and looking after my specific needs and communication was great. I would recommend.

Good location next to subway and great services from staff. The room size is very small. Bathroom area wet and dry are not separated. For the price it is acceptable.

Discrete side entrance to this hidden apartment “hotel”. It felt like a 2 star hostel vibe - or some flats converted to a hotel. The room was difficult to open with the keycard, and the maid next door said we’re at the wrong hotel (but we needed the keycard to go up to the correct floor). The room was dirty. The beds were fine. It was noisy outside due to construction.

Check in was easy and front staffs were very professional. Location is excellent. Close to Link city and One Avenue malls with high end eatery and fast foods.

Very convenient location for shops, food and metro. Staff can't speak English or Cantonese but very keen to help using translation App.
