First of all, the hotel was very difficult to find. We spent about 40 minutes walking around the area at around 9 PM trying to locate it because there were no clear instructions explaining where exactly the hotel was or how to get there.
When we finally found it, we were initially given a room with a serious mold problem. There was visible mold throughout the room, and the air quality was so bad that it was difficult to breathe. I will attach photos. We immediately asked to be moved to another room. Fortunately, the second room was better and did not have the same mold issue.
Overall, the hotel is located inside an old office building that appears to have poor waterproofing, and there is a noticeable musty/moldy smell in the building.
Another inconvenience was that the hotel only provides disposable towels. They do not absorb water well and are not very practical. Since our room was not cleaned during our stay, we had to go to the reception every time we needed fresh towels and ask for them ourselves.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially because of the difficulty finding the hotel, the mold issue in the first room, and the lack of proper towels and housekeeping.
