Just checked into this hotel, and from the moment I arrived until I left, everything was absolutely delightful. For tourists looking to shop and explore the old city, the location is simply perfect. It's just a few minutes' walk to Dongmen Old Street, the subway station, and various landmarks. Plus, dining and shopping options nearby are super convenient. The front desk lady had a very warm smile and quickly checked me in, then even offered recommendations for local specialty foods. These small touches really make a difference. The moment you walk in, the place feels bright and welcoming. The bathroom was spotless, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and amenities like the smart toilet and HD TV were all new and easy to use. The cleanliness was impeccable, which is something I prioritize most. Every corner of the room, especially the sink, shower, and even the glassware, was sparkling clean, making my stay feel incredibly reassuring. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. If I had to offer one suggestion, it would simply be to hope this level of quality is consistently maintained. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The room was clean, and parking was convenient. The front desk staff, especially the lady, had a great service attitude. The location is also super convenient with many restaurant options right outside. The only minor downside is that it's a bit noisy since it's right by the road.

I was a bit worried about the hotel's cleanliness when I first saw the downstairs area, but once I got to the front desk on the second floor, I felt much more at ease. I read reviews saying the rooms were small, and while they are compact, they're well-equipped and have everything you need. The best part? The comforter was incredibly clean and fluffy! You know how valuable a fluffy, dry comforter is! I slept soundly until 3 PM. The owner is also very kind. The location is excellent. Upstairs, there are e-sports, card games, and billiards, catering to young people's entertainment needs. Most importantly, there are many food options downstairs, and the old street is just a five-minute walk away. For this price in Luohu, it's really great value for money, especially since the price didn't increase too much during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays. I definitely recommend trying it out! I'll definitely come back!

The room was unbelievably tiny. To make matters worse, it reeked of mildew. No wonder they have a strict no-refund policy after booking. The moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I immediately wanted to leave. Interestingly, two other guests I overheard also expressed their immense regret. I took one look at the room, turned right around, and walked out. I'm just considering the money lost as the price of leaving them this scathing review.

It was unclear if the towels had been changed, as there was body hair on them. The shower gel bottle was completely empty and wasn't replenished. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, they simply said they would 'pay attention next time'. Honestly, I'm speechless.
