The room facilities are complete, the environment is clean and tidy, all staff have excellent service attitudes, breakfast is rich, and the late-night congee and rice are very thoughtful.

The hotel environment is quite good, clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were also very hospitable and enthusiastic; they even made us tea when we checked in. We paid a little extra for an upgrade and the view was great. However, at night, I'm not sure if it was because of the New Year, but the kids next door kept running in the hallway, and their parents didn't do anything about it. We couldn't get any rest, so we contacted the front desk to ask them to intervene. Eventually, we couldn't take it anymore and requested a room change. It was much quieter after we moved. The front desk was very thoughtful and even upgraded our room again for free. Their service was truly impeccable. When it was time to check out, I wasn't feeling well, so I requested a late checkout until 3 PM, which the front desk readily approved. At checkout, because of the issues last night, the front desk even gave us a small gift as an apology. I can only say that the service at this hotel is truly excellent; they met every one of our requests, allowing us to get some good rest.
