On the first day when I entered the house, there was only a wall covering. On the second day when I moved in, I was asked many times to put in an extra set of toothbrushes and mineral water, but they still weren't there. We went out very early on the third day and renewed the room in advance. In the afternoon, the elderly couldn't get in. The front desk said that the renewal was not done and they did not tell the elderly to reswipe the room card. When we came back in the afternoon, they said that our colleagues did not put it into the system and did not see it. But I emphasized that the house was clean and that three sets of toothbrushes were placed. I don't understand what it means to do cleaning but not to redo the room card.
