The room was very spacious, and the location was peaceful. However, I had a bit of trouble with the room key card; I hope the hotel can look into this, as it took three attempts to get the door open. The bedding was very comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. I would consider staying here again.

Our room was exceptionally well appointed. The king size bed was comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely huge with a double size shower, a bath and good basin. The TV had a good English channel which we appreciated. Lots of cupboard space and a wall safe. The Guest Relations Officer was friendly and went out of her way to assist us. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The room was quite spacious, and the front desk staff kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade, which I was very pleased with.

Yimin provided incredibly warm service that truly exceeded our expectations, making us feel completely at home. Highly recommend this business hotel for its excellent value for money and great service! My stay at Yimin Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The rooms here are spacious and well-lit, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It's located in Futian CBD, with our head office conveniently nearby. The staff member who handled my check-in at the front desk was incredibly efficient and friendly – truly commendable! 👍🏻

This is my third time staying here. The service is attentive and meticulous, the facilities are good, and the rooms are very comfortable. We were even upgraded to a spacious room. The hotel is conveniently located, and there's a good Cantonese restaurant on one of its lower floors.

The room was very big (something difficult to find in Asia), the King Bed was super big, more than 2 meters. Excellent hotel. 

The room had a sewage smell, especially in the bathroom. The check-in staff were not very friendly during check-in. The room was clean but was already a bit dated. The breakfast was weak/poor. The hotel has a 4-star standard, not a 5-star one.

The lighting was perfectly arranged, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The room itself was warmly and comfortably furnished. The bedding was incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, feeling like I was wrapped in clouds the moment I lay down. Plus, with smart curtains, the moment the morning sunlight streamed in was truly rejuvenating! * **Attentive Service:** Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit. Room service was incredibly prompt and responsive to every request. The housekeeping staff was also remarkably meticulous, arranging everything neatly – their attention to detail was exceptional! * **Comprehensive Facilities:** The gym equipment was brand new, and the pool water was crystal clear – swimming a few laps was incredibly refreshing. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, which was incredibly satisfying!
