The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, surrounded by skyscrapers. As soon as you step out, you'll find plenty of coffee shops like Starbucks and Luckin Coffee, as well as the Four Seasons Coconut Chicken restaurant. There's a shopping mall about a kilometer away.
**Service:** The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was quick and convenient. We even received a complimentary fruit platter in our room.
**Cleanliness:** The room was very large and spacious, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The cleanliness was impeccable, and there was even a bathtub with complimentary disposable bath liners.
**Facilities:** The hotel offers a gym and a laundry room. Food delivery is super efficient too, with robots delivering orders much faster than other hotels. I noticed three robots at the front desk, and the staff handled everything very quickly.
I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's breakfast – it was absolutely delicious! There was a wide variety of options. Besides the usual noodles and rice vermicelli you find at most hotels, they even had Chee Cheong Fun (rice noodle rolls)! It was incredibly authentic and tasty. I highly recommend the scallion oil noodles, cold shredded kelp, jianbing guozi (savory crepes), and hand-grabbed pancakes. Afterwards, a refreshing apple juice was the perfect palate cleanser! My friend and I still miss the hotel breakfast after we left... Enjoying breakfast by the large window overlooking the high-rises was such a pleasant experience.
