This designer hotel is really great, both inside and out, it has a very artistic feel. The afternoon tea on the top floor at the Western restaurant was excellent, and the views were fantastic. The swimming pool is on the first floor, completely indoors, but there was no one there. The gym is on the mezzanine. The lobby is also very nice and well-designed.

The location was decent, but the facilities were quite old and there were no movie channels. The TV screen was also broken, split in two. The room's curtain was faulty and only closed halfway. When showering, I noticed there wasn't enough shower gel and conditioner for two people. There's definitely room for improvement.

Clean hotel with cool artsy classy design. Loved the birds at the lobby, room was spacious and clean. 10 mins walk to 中航城君尚购物中心 Breakfast was great.

The hotel is right next to Central Park, and about 3km from malls like CoCo Park and MixC. You can basically get there by car within 15 minutes, which is super convenient for dining and shopping. The room layout is very stylish, with lush greenery nearby and city buildings in the distance, offering both a natural and urban feel. There's also a bathtub in the room, perfect for a relaxing soak in the evening.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I'd read some reviews before that mentioned poor soundproofing and noisy air conditioning, so I was prepared, but it turned out to be incredibly quiet – super, super quiet. I'm not usually a great sleeper, but I didn't even need earplugs here because it was so peaceful; I slept right through the night! The bed is huge, and the room has a really stylish design. It's much larger than other hotels in the same price range. The bathroom is even more luxurious, with an artistic bathtub that has a cool, minimalist Nordic vibe. I've been very impressed since checking in. The only minor downside is that the doormen at the entrance don't seem very professional; I often saw them on their phones or smoking.

The front desk staff were excellent and very welcoming; they responded to all our needs immediately! This level of service, combined with the great design and facilities, made for a perfect stay!

This hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! It's so close to the subway, I almost worried I'd miss it. There are so many great food options nearby, I couldn't resist indulging. The room was sparkling clean, and the soundproofing was so good I couldn't even hear snoring from next door. The value for money is incredible, just book it!

Room has bed bugs. Woke up on the second day with bites in a pattern that got progressively worse.

The hotel was as good as always, I've stayed here a few times now and it's consistently reliable. The slippers and dental kit were complete and of high quality. They even let us check in two hours early, which we really appreciated. We didn't get a chance to try the hotel breakfast or afternoon tea.

The room was quiet, uniquely designed, and well-equipped! It was peaceful, and the view outside the window was lovely, with lush green trees! The restaurant had a great ambiance, and the meal arrangements were well-thought-out! Definitely worth another visit!

Overall, it offers great value for money, and I had a fantastic stay. I'll definitely book here again for my next trip.

The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. The room is well-equipped and has excellent soundproofing, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff are very friendly and made me feel right at home.

My husband and I were hugely disappointed due to poor service in handling complaints. Due to an event on the 8th floor, our room directly below was affected by the noise well past 10 pm. We requested a room change but ended up changing 3 TIMES since the alternative rooms they offered were moldy and the lights wouldn’t work properly respectively. The breakfast was hugely disappointing too. It included a small selection of food and unhelpful staff. 我和丈夫對於酒店處理投訴的糟糕服務感到非常失望。 因8樓舉辦活動，我們樓下的客房持續受到噪音干擾，晚上十點過後仍不得安寧。我們申請更換房間，前後一共換了三次。酒店安排的備選客房，一間存在發霉問題，另一間燈光還無法正常使用。 早餐體驗同樣令人大失所望：餐食品類稀少，工作人員服務態度也很怠慢。
