The service men/women did above and beyond to assist and accommodate everything we needed. The room is very clean and modern above our expectations. The only disappointments are no swimming pool and poor breakfast by their supplier. Other than those, we are very statify with this hotel and highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located just beside Sihai station. There is a shopping mall and Walmart opposite. Room is huge with air filter system. However, there are no shelves or hooks in the bathroom.

Very new hotel just opened to start service. So room are very clean and comfortable.  But some floors are still under construction and elevators are only 2 are in service.  Sometimes need to wait long going down/up.   Breakfast is serviced at the outside partner restaurant, where can have some basic items with satisfying quality.   Staff are all friendly and well trained to satisfy customer expectations.  I think their attitude is ok.  Hope this hotel would become one of my hotel in Shenzhen,  let’s see again their facility and staff quality after some while.

Hotel very clean and very well located in the middle of Nanshan district next to Metro station. I highly recommand.

Remarks: ROCK Good service, convenient location, one stop for catering, shopping, massage and facial care, newly opened. Overall: excellent.

I just realised that we book the bayview room but it turned out to be city view. But it is still fine. The staff are helpful. esp the staff members who helped us with the parking

room facilities are new and good condition, control can be done through voice control in mandarin. staffs are well trained and paid attention for guests.

Good stay

This time we stayed in five rooms for ten people, which is normal, three deluxe double rooms, - a Teddy triple room, and another deluxe single room! But the shower gel, conditioner in my room was empty, there was only shampoo. There is no toilet in the lobby, which feels inconvenient. The restaurant claims to be still under renovation, so the hotel is no meals available, and breakfast, the hotel is outsourced across the street to a very small Hong Kong-style restaurant, so we went to this restaurant for ten people, seeing only 16 seats, the restaurant staff suggested going up to the porch, but the stairs are very narrow and straight. Going up and down the stairs is dangerous, the restaurant environment is poor, but the morning food (the hotel charges ¥ 65 per person) is worse, the food variety is very little, fried flour fried noodles poor, bamboo very salty, Hong Kong-style tea house can not imagine no coffee milk tea, the original does not meet the layout of this hotel, and the amount of charges! We were really disappointed with this, feeling that the hotel did not have no sincerity and respect for the guests who wanted to eat breakfast. We had reaction feedback to the hotel and suggested that there should be no breakfast service when booking a room, good look guests will not be disappointed!

The overall stay at the hotel was pretty good. The decoration style is simple and modern. The room facilities are complete. There is no need to insert a card to get electricity in the room. The service attitude of Miss Linda at the front desk is good. She escorted the guests to the hotel after check-out, which is very good. The location of the hotel is also good, with convenient transportation and travel is very convenient.

The environment is very good, the location is also good, next to the subway station, the room is clean, tidy and comfortable, very satisfied, very convenient for travel, opposite is the China Merchants Garden Shopping Mall and Walmart, shopping in the supermarket is super convenient, the front desk lady Linda handles the check-out procedures very quickly, and the service attitude is also very good

As you step into the hotel, the warm yellow lights and wooden decorations create a cozy and elegant feel. Jerry took the initiative to deliver it to the room. The room is bright, the layout is thoughtful and reasonable, and the street view outside the window is pleasant. Although the breakfast buffet does not have many varieties, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is delicious.

The hotel has a unique style and is clean. It is safe to swipe the card to get on the elevator. The front desk Mia has good service. The facilities are complete and there are robots to deliver items. There is also a shopping mall Garden City next to it, so it is also convenient to go out for food. Metro Line 12 is right next to it. It is worth recommending
