SAVHE Hotel Binhe Times Shenzhen

My stay at the Saio Hotel Shenzhen Binhe Times completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the butler offered hot tea and a refreshing towel, and I even got to choose my favorite aromatherapy scent for the room – talk about a grand entrance! The room was spotless, and the deep-sleep pillow was just the right firmness for my neck and shoulders; once I lay down, I didn't want to get up. Combined with the blackout curtains and the therapeutic room fragrance, I found my own peaceful haven amidst the CBD's hustle and bustle. The toiletries were from Le Labo, which felt incredibly luxurious, and the butler even arranged the laundry service for me, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Downstairs is the KK ONE shopping mall, and the metro station is just a short walk away, making it super convenient for both dining/shopping and getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The room was clean and meticulously kept, the bedding was super comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The butler service was perfectly balanced and responsive. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were thoughtfully prepared, and the food was light and palatable. It's a rare therapeutic hotel in a bustling city, perfect for both business trips and relaxation. I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was spotless and well-maintained with great attention to detail. The lighting was excellent, and the shampoo and shower gel were high quality. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. The front desk staff and restaurant servers were also very friendly and provided excellent service.

It's perfectly situated in a quiet spot yet right next to a bustling commercial area and subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. Upon entering, the subtle woody aroma creates a wonderful ambiance. The 'deep sleep' mode effectively blocks out all noise, and the soft bedding and excellent soundproofing ensured a fantastic night's sleep. They provide LE LABO toiletries, a complimentary mini-bar, and thoughtful late-night snacks and afternoon tea. The butler service was meticulous and attentive. The minimalist Oriental design is incredibly soothing, making it perfect for both business trips and city getaways. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

This is a versatile hotel perfect for business travelers, families with kids, friends, or couples. The room butler service is incredibly attentive. When my child came back from playing in the sand without extra clothes, the butler immediately responded and waited at the elevator with disposable towels and shorts. It's almost like a 'wish-granted' level of thoughtful service. The abundant breakfast and late-night snacks are fantastic; as long as you have enough time during your stay, the hotel won't hesitate to spoil every guest!

The service was great, as expected from an Atour premium hotel. Check-in was thoughtful, and the room was quiet, though not very large. They offer complimentary mini-bar drinks, nuts, afternoon tea, and aromatherapy. The bedding was comfortable. There were a lot of Hong Kong tourists. In the evening, you can explore and eat at KK ONE downstairs. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Futian.
