The hotel is located on a high floor of the building, and the front desk check-in was efficient and friendly. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, and there's a parking lot right downstairs. The room had an open view, and as a new hotel, the decor was modern and stylish.

Five-star review! The hotel's environment and location are great, but the most pleasant surprise was the attention to service details. I'd like to specially mention Coco, who was meticulous and thoughtful before check-in, proactively reminded me about all sorts of check-in information, responded promptly to questions, and was genuinely kind, not offering a generic, 'assembly-line' type of service. These small details really made a great impression, and it's definitely worth coming back. Diana at the front desk handled the check-in process smoothly and was very efficient. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym. The hygiene was excellent. Overall, a particularly satisfying stay.

The room was great, and the lobby view was beautiful. It's quite close to Futian High-speed Railway Station and also to Mixc World, which is perfect for shopping or ordering takeout. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Diana made the check-in process very smooth. The hotel is clean and well-equipped with great facilities, including a 24-hour panoramic gym and a self-service laundry room, which were very convenient. It was a worry-free stay with easy access to everything. Definitely the best choice in Shenzhen Bay!
