Summary: Highly recommended! 1️⃣ Excellent service! The staff were very patient with all our inquiries. 2️⃣ The hotel itself is beautiful! Many spots are perfect for photos! 3️⃣ The hotel offers stunning sea views! Imagine sleeping in, then opening your window to a sunny beach 🏖️ – it instantly lifts your spirits! It's also perfect for just relaxing. The water quality here is fantastic, very clear! 4️⃣ The room is great! Well-equipped, and they even thoughtfully provided hats and bags! The room has a pleasant scent. The hairdryer is a Dyson, which is a nice touch. 5️⃣ The complimentary afternoon tea was lovely, haha. The breakfast rice noodles were actually delicious, though the buffet selection wasn't super extensive. However, it was more than enough for me. If it were summer, a swim and a dip in the pool would make the experience even better! Looking forward to my next visit!

The room type was satisfactory, and the service was excellent. The environment is beautiful, and the beach, sea, hot springs, and swimming pool are all fantastic and very picturesque. The restaurant is quite good, and the cliffside cafe is very relaxing. The photography service was also very impressive.

My stay at Shenzhen Songshan Hotel truly gave me a taste of what a relaxing vacation feels like 😌😌. As soon as I arrived at the parking lot, a butler proactively came forward to help with my luggage and guided me all the way to the lobby. During check-in, they offered a welcome coconut, and its sweet juice was incredibly refreshing, instantly washing away my travel fatigue. After entering my room, the butler meticulously explained the room facilities and the special soaking tub. Throughout my stay, they were always friendly and on call whenever I needed them, making me feel as comfortable as if I were visiting a friend's home. Every time I encountered a butler during my stay, they would greet me by name with a smile, which made me feel incredibly welcome. From parking guidance and room introductions to daily housekeeping, every step was professional and efficient. It's these lovely butlers who make this hotel so warm and inviting. If only the breakfast and coffee were a little less ordinary and the amenities were more comprehensive, it would be absolutely perfect! This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Shenzhen.

The sea view from the room is absolutely stunning and the vista is breathtaking. Since it was my birthday, they even upgraded me to a suite. The service was exceptional and incredibly thoughtful. It's a perfect place for a staycation, very relaxing and enjoyable. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation!

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Someone accompanied us from the moment we got out of the car all the way to our room. After check-in, they even guided us to the room and showed us around. The room itself was very clean, and anything we requested from the front desk was promptly provided.
