This is by far one of the most satisfying hotel which I am more than willing to provide a review. Services and people of the hotel are excellent. Prior to arriving the hotel, I had enquiries to arrange both rooms to be close to each other, and to add an extra bed to the room. Upon sending it someone immediately reached out and told me they have noted it and when I arrived, the rooms were arranged perfectly. The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean, with modern luxurious interior. Location is great too with access to food and amenities just steps away. Overall I would visit this hotel again and if you are choosing for a place to stay in Shenzhen, definitely give this a try!

The hygiene standards are exceptionally high, with meticulous cleaning, resulting in clean, bright rooms without any odors, where every detail is well-handled. The amenities are complete, with a 24-hour laundry room and a brand-new gym available at all times. The front desk concierge, Xiao He, provides warm, professional, efficient, and considerate service, responding promptly to any issues. The robot delivery service is extremely fast and accurate, making it very convenient. The three-meal services are rich and heartwarming, with nutritious and delicious Western and Chinese buffet breakfasts, exquisite afternoon tea, and sumptuous late-night snacks. Warm milk is provided every night, along with free laundry and package pickup services, offering excellent value for money!

Had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a fantastic location near Huaqiang North with easy access to shopping and transport. The Superior Queen Room was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered great value for money. Smooth check-in and friendly staff. Would gladly stay again!
