Xiangzhang yun xi (Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center)

My stay at this apartment-style Airbnb in Shenzhen was incredibly comfortable. The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station, making commuting, shopping, and dining out a breeze. As a solo traveler, I felt very secure. Check-out was also a cinch; communication was prompt and thoughtful, striking just the right balance. The room decor is simple yet stylish, and the entire place was meticulously cleaned – no dust in the corners! The bedding was fresh and soft, the hot water came quickly with stable pressure, and the WiFi was fast enough for streaming or working without any issues. There's even a washing machine with a dryer, which is incredibly practical for travelers to dry clothes anytime. Overall, it was straightforward, clean, and hassle-free. It's perfect for both short business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

Great location and good value for money. You can walk to Huangting Plaza via the skybridge. The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service, and the room was clean and tidy. There are plenty of restaurants and shops downstairs too.

Had to stay in Shenzhen for a night due to strict border control. Pros: The room was spacious enough and the location was decent. Cons: It's in a mixed-use commercial and residential building, like a slightly upgraded Chungking Mansions. The facilities were severely worn out, there were quite a few stains, and the soundproofing was terrible. For this price, it was just okay for one night. Honestly, for a little bit more, I could have stayed at a regular chain hotel.

Booked this for a business trip. It's located in an office building, and when I got there, I was confused: the front desk is on the 7th floor, the rooms on the 10th, and breakfast is in the basement. Fine, I just dealt with it, too tired to bother. The general state of the room... I won't even go into it. But the AC panel was broken, and directly across from my room was a hair salon/eyebrow threading/tattoo parlor. The next day at breakfast, I had 2 poached eggs, 1 boiled egg, and a bottle of yogurt. Then they told me I had exceeded the limit and made me pay extra. Haha, I quickly changed hotels. For this price, this environment, and this service... I rarely write reviews, but seriously, everyone, avoid this place!

Terrible experience. The only good thing about this hotel is its location for the exhibition – it’s just a short walk away. But the smoke smell was unbearable. If a hotel can't get rid of the smoke, they shouldn't claim to have non-smoking rooms. The facilities are old; the leather sofa looked worn out and they couldn't even bother to put a cover on it? Don't even get me started on the breakfast. All in all, I definitely don't recommend it. It's only marginally better than sleeping on the street.

Environment: Excellent, perfectly located for exhibitions, just 200 meters away. Service: Very good, rooms are clean and tidy.
