They have informed the customer in advance that they need to wait and did not intentionally delay. Regarding the verification of facility issues: A dedicated person has been arranged to inspect the air conditioning and bathroom walls. If there are any mold or stains, they will be rectified immediately. -The daily cleaning standards need to be strengthened to avoid similar situations from happening again. We deeply apologize for the poor check-in experience and have optimized the allocation of manpower during holidays to ensure timely delivery of the property.
