The deluxe suites (two bedrooms and one living room, two queen beds) of Cuizhu Hotel are very clean and hygienic👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼, but the hotel policy is very strange. I ordered through Trip.com and already spent more money when I arrived at the hotel to pick up the room. You also need to pay a deposit of RMB ¥100 (cash required). I have never tried the deposit when ordering through Trip.com😡 (If cash is not refunded when checking out, it can only be done through WeChat Wallet/Alipay😤😠😡) The hotel room is spacious, the space is large, and the bed is comfortable. However, the hotel is undergoing maintenance work on the road, which makes it very noisy at night. There is nothing we can do! If there is no construction work, it should be very quiet (this is a residential area). The water pressure in the bathroom is generally acceptable. The only two things in the room are: straight mirror/fridge 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. I hope the hotel will consider it from the guest's point of view. Look, first know your own shortcomings.
