The room was spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. The subway entrance right downstairs made getting around super convenient. Plus, there's a bus to Zhuhai which is really handy and affordable.

This hotel is so good and strategic located near the Xili Metro Station. They also have free washing machine and dryer. Totally will revisit if visit ShenZhen again.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making travel very easy. There's a coffee shop downstairs where you can grab a drink and chat. The room itself is spacious and clean.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

We stayed in xili to be close to friends studying in Shenzhen. The location is really good, it's 5 minutes to many good and affordable restaurants and two MRT lines. The check-in is okay, but a little overwhelming with no skills in Mandarin. We got told about breakfast (via translator) and where to find our room. It was a clean, big room and mostly up to a good standard. We encountered a problem to use the AC correctly as the remote had many buttons in Chinese only. But this was a minor concern and we like to stay there again.
