Thinking to rebook again but then I just realized that I booked room with window but was given no window room. Meaning Im paying more and was downgrade without my consent. Reconsidering to book again as this time Im bringing my friend but if there is no other option

In general a good stay. The location is good, 1 minute walk from the subway station. The staff didn’t speak English.

So so. Requested to change room as the first room i was given was not well maintained e.g. window blind dropping off at one side and wallpaper old and peeling off. The 2nd room was better. Overall ok stay. Reception not friendly and a bit rude.

I have never been to Jingtian. It is two subway stations away from the office, so I stayed here. The hotel is old, the room is small, and there are two pairs of plastic slippers in the bathroom that are very smelly. The windows are not soundproofed, and the noise is very loud. The quality of the front desk staff is uneven. The male waiter last night was good, but the waitress today was indifferent, which made people feel not very good.

The hotel has complete facilities and equipment, clean and hygienic environment, and satisfactory service. There is a laundry room on the fifth floor with free laundry detergent and dryer. There is free tea, small gifts and snacks in the lobby on the first floor. It is very convenient to travel around. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the subway station.

The hotel is located at Exit A of Jingtian Station on Shenzhen Line 2. Just go straight out. The orange sign is very eye-catching. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and you can get free Jingtian water.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, surrounded by many businesses, and the front desk also upgraded the room type. The room is very clean, but if you order takeout, there is no table for dining, so you need to pay attention.
