Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good There's a laundry room on the fifth floor with free laundry detergent, a dryer, and unlimited complimentary bottled water. The surrounding area is very convenient for dining, transportation, and accommodation. It offers great value for money and a good price. I stayed for several days, and the hygiene was excellent. There's also a Lotus Hill Park nearby, and the subway is just a 3-5 minute walk away, making it easy to get around and visit attractions.

I was visiting hospital this time, and it's walking distance to hospital and restaurants.

The room and the hotel has this strange smell.If you are not strictly budgeting just pay an extra 5-10$+ find another place in Shenzhen. The shower+Toilet combined literally the toilet gets wet because no screen protection in between.The towels were smelly not properly washed.The hotel is old.The reception doesn’t have a clue about english language.Only good thing is it’s 2 minutes walk from metro which is a shame. Definitely not recommended.

Very close to the mtr station. Staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. Pleasant stay.

Brilliant location and newly refurbished hotel. The room was really nice with full amenities. The staff helped us with car parking arrangements. Location was excellent near to the metro so getting around was no problem. We also enjoyed a walk to the local park. We have stayed there two times already and plan to again next time we visit Shenzhen.

The staff at check in was unpleasant, did not seem to even want to give me instructions on how to get to another place I want to visit. And the hotel has no hot water, so I was unable to take a shower in the morning (as the temperature was cool in the morning).

Thinking to rebook again but then I just realized that I booked room with window but was given no window room. Meaning Im paying more and was downgrade without my consent. Reconsidering to book again as this time Im bringing my friend but if there is no other option

In general a good stay. The location is good, 1 minute walk from the subway station. The staff didn’t speak English.

So so. Requested to change room as the first room i was given was not well maintained e.g. window blind dropping off at one side and wallpaper old and peeling off. The 2nd room was better. Overall ok stay. Reception not friendly and a bit rude.

The room is smelly. There is no USB connector in the room. The room is too small
