Ruiya Hotel style Apartment (Huaqiangbei Branch)

The location is superb, with subway access covering most of Futian's business districts. The room is quiet and clean, and the service is attentive. I've stayed here multiple times and am always satisfied. It has a Japanese minimalist style; the room is clean and refreshing, not at all cramped. There are plenty of dining options nearby, perfect for solo travelers, making life very convenient.

The window faced the street and the weather was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was clean. Despite being on a busy street, it was well soundproofed. The washing machine, fridge, and dryer all worked perfectly. That's why I've come back so many times.

This place is super convenient for getting to and from Futian Port. You can easily walk to Huaqiangbei for shopping. Downstairs, there are plenty of convenience stores and bubble tea shops, so getting food and drinks is a breeze. The room comes with its own mini-fridge, which is perfect for keeping drinks cold in the summer, and you can store any fruit you buy. It really feels like a home away from home...

Location is a huge plus! It's close to the subway, making it super convenient for shopping in Huaqiangbei. Getting to Futian Port to cross over to Hong Kong is also quick and easy. The service is thoughtful and attentive, allowing you to enjoy both travel and shopping. This is definitely my top choice for an overnight stay when transiting to Hong Kong.
