Overall a good experience. The receptionist became very frustrated by me not talking Chinese or knowing how to use Wechat the night I checked in, which is pretty strange in my opinion. Aside from that, no major complaints. I guess I could mention that balcony wasn't really a nice place to be, and that was slightly disappointing.

Location was perfect.
You can acces to a shared swimming pool for a fee of 15-30 RMB (need a swmming cap)
Rooms are ok, size is good but could be cleaner.
In general that's ok if you don't plan to stay in the room all day or for a long stay.
A lot of restaurants and shops outside, and metro station nearby so that's conveniant.

The front desk was very nice and helped us upgrade to a sea-view room. It was a family-style apartment. The towels were old and the toilet was narrow. I don’t know how often the cloth on the sofa was changed. The ventilation was not very good. Overall it was pretty good.

When I came back every day, my fatigue was wiped away. Auntie would also clean the room every day. The facilities are very complete. Downstairs is the KK One shopping mall, which has everything you need to eat, drink, and play. It is a few steps away from Metro Line 9. It is very convenient for traveling to various attractions. What I especially like 👍 is that the owner of the apartment is very considerate and even saw me dragging him alone. Even though it was inconvenient to have two children, they helped us delay check-out. We will choose this hotel next time we come to Shenzhen.
