The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the central area of Shenzhen Futian CBD, with a lively commercial district nearby and convenient access to the convention and exhibition center. The service at the front desk, provided by Jossce, was very attentive and thoughtful they proactively arranged a room upgrade and even included complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, making it highly recommended.

We did not wait upon arrival. The employees speak English very well. We were very well received. It was my birthday, so I even got a cake sent to my room. We ordered pizza from outside. This was immediately sent to our room by robot. The rooms are very clean and very nice. The bath and shower are very large and pleasant. Every time we came by taxi, we were greeted very nicely at the door and the door of our taxi was even opened. A special thanks to Jossce and Yara for helping us further. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The guest relations team, especially Jossce, provided exceptionally thoughtful service. They called in advance to add me on WeChat to confirm my check-in needs, and upon arrival, the check in process was quick and efficient, with an upgrade to a better room. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a well-designed dry and wet separation in the bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly prepared local specialty noodles were excellent. The hotel's location is very convenient right in the heart of Shenzhen Futian business district, making transportation extremely easy. The value for money is outstanding, and the attention to detail in every aspect is truly impressive. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!
