I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Ms. Xu Chunjuan's service was truly exceptional from check-in to check-out. She helped with my luggage, both carrying it to and from my room, and was always ready to assist with anything I needed. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. I highly recommend booking here.

The service was excellent, especially Manager Zhang, Xu Chunjuan, and Song Zihua at the front desk. They were outstanding, helping us with our luggage to the car. They were exceptionally polite, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous. We'll definitely come back next time.

The service staff, Xiao Xu, was friendly and thoughtful. She responded promptly to our needs and was meticulous, making our stay feel very reassuring. The gym and self-service laundry facilities were very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience.

A family of four stayed here, and the room was incredibly spacious and wonderful – so cozy! The kids had an amazing time. The service from Xiao Xu, Xiao Xin, and Xiao Song was absolutely impeccable and incredibly warm. We will definitely be back!

Service: The staff were all exceptional, especially Ms. Xu and Mr. Chen at the front desk. They were professional, considerate, and genuinely dedicated to helping guests. Communication and problem-solving were quick and efficient. There was also a gentleman who helped with luggage; I didn't catch his name, but he was incredibly attentive, even opening the car door for us when our car was parked on the main road. The service was truly superb. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and very few have this level of service awareness and sincerity. I wanted to include pictures of the staff, but it didn't feel right without their permission, yet I really wanted to commend Ms. Xu, Mr. Chen, and the gentleman who helped with luggage at the entrance! Environment: I must mention the room layout. If two colleagues are traveling for business and want to save costs by sharing a room, this place is absolutely ideal. There's a living area and two separate, spacious rooms, ensuring privacy and no disturbance between guests. Cleanliness: I didn't specifically check when the hotel opened, and some of the facilities feel a bit dated, but you can tell the cleaning is thorough and meticulous. Special Mention: The breakfast was genuinely delicious and very diverse. The coffee machine was particularly helpful and excellent. I have photos to show. Huawei Hotel is truly great! The rooms are nice, the breakfast is fantastic with lots of variety, and the service is excellent. It's my go-to hotel whenever I visit Huawei. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby and it's super convenient for transport. Highly recommend!

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, but the duty manager, Chunjuan, responded quickly and resolved it promptly. Her service attitude was warm and friendly. Whenever I needed help during my stay, she was always there to assist immediately. She's reliable and thoughtful, with great attention to detail. The overall living experience was very good, and having a gym and robot delivery service was very convenient.

Room 416 is an end room, surrounded by other rooms undergoing renovation. I could hear banging and knocking from next door starting in the morning. The soundproofing is terrible! The experience was very poor.

I chose this hotel for a family trip and it didn't disappoint. Everything was great, especially the excellent service from Xiao Xu, Xiao Xin, and Xiao Liu. They even helped us with a late check-out. The hotel itself was very pleasant, clean, and tidy. The gym and laundry facilities were a huge plus. I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were exceptionally nice. I was traveling with two young children and asked the front desk if they could provide an extra breakfast for them.
