預訂特價房，環境差，牆面都爛了，還有怪味。加50元升級到豪華房，居然被套多處破損。聯繫到服務員，服務員居然説是乾淨的，不影響使用。無語。房間沒有電話，衹能到前台。多次交涉才通知服務員更換被套。服務太差勁了。絕對不會再入住這家店。

廁所簡直都不敢上，特別臭，一上個廁所，房間裏面能薰氣人，而且房間裏面有股味道，反正不是很好聞，還有説有窗户，屁大點窗户，都打不開，200多快錢，這麼個坑，反正我不會再來第二次了，體驗非常不好！

房間很大，但真的差了些，被子不乾淨，床單床墊也不乾淨，去的時候電梯還壞了，房間還漏水，一整晚滴滴答答響個不停

體驗很差，房間一股黴味，衞生間一股尿騷味，被套破的，床頭沒充電的插座插口，房間內連瓶喝的水都沒有，就一個枕頭，一晚上都沒有咋睡着，門反鎖不了，不敢咋睡

很不理想的一次體驗，290一晚，天花板都脱皮了，半夜都怕掉下來砸臉，沐浴露洗髮水還有紙筒都落灰了，續住也沒打掃好衞生，衹是把垃圾收走了，床鋪也沒收拾。隔音還不好🙅♂️

價格比較便宜，這一點確實是亮點，但是我房間發現壁虎，沒抓到藏到床底下去了，找店家換房，店家説壁虎是益蟲不咬人。非要換房間也可以，但是要自己出30塊錢清潔費。當時聽説是益蟲不咬人就沒多想，沒換房。剛剛百度一下壁虎咬人有毒。這不是被店家騙了嗎？便宜是便宜，但是發現壁虎，要求換房讓自己另加清潔費確實讓人不能接受。
