Service: A special shout-out to Louis at the front desk for his five-star-plus service! He was always smiling, genuinely friendly, and provided incredibly efficient and smooth service. His professionalism and capabilities are truly outstanding, a big thumbs up! 👍🏻 Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Very spacious and comfortable, always my first choice when booking a hotel. Facilities: Excellent. Breakfast: Delicious and plentiful! 😋

Facilities: The hotel facilities are good, and the dining standards are excellent. Breakfast is slightly better than dinner. Honestly, the oysters, sashimi, and lobster at dinner are better than most five-star hotels in Shenzhen. Hygiene: The cleaning is very well done; the rooms are dust-free in every corner, and the lobby is also very clean. Environment: The hotel design is thoughtful and has a strong sense of style. Service: The service is generally excellent, though the front desk staff was a bit inflexible. I'd describe this hotel as the flagship Sheraton in the Pearl River Delta. I've stayed at no less than 15 Sheratons, and so far, none have been better than this one. However, I don't like that the children's activity center is located with the restaurant; it's noisy, and the kids get distracted from eating.

The environment is very cozy and comfortable. The service is excellent. The hygiene is good. The facilities are complete and usually adjusted according to holidays. The main thing is that it's comfortable to stay here; I always choose this place for business trips. The welcome drink is also nice.

My kids love reading here, and we often stay over. It's a great hotel! Parking is super convenient too.

Stayed here with my feverish child. The hotel didn't have a forehead thermometer. I'm not sure if they've never experienced an epidemic? Isn't that a basic necessity? My child's fever spiked to 40 degrees Celsius overnight. The next morning, I thought the hotel breakfast for a 1-year-old might include a bowl of congee and some sweet potato, as white congee isn't usually delivered alone via takeout, and breakfast is free for children under 5 at the hotel anyway. The young man from the restaurant department suggested negotiating to see if they could provide an adult's breakfast. The front desk refused. They said they'd upgraded my room because they were worried about disturbing other guests. Later, I found out it wasn't an upgrade at all, just a higher floor. The room faced the residential area. Honestly, I was also worried about my child's crying disturbing others. I just want to say, the front desk staff at this hotel probably don't have children. They showed no sympathy. And what kind of 'family-friendly' hotel is this? They should just remove 'family-friendly' from their description. However, I'm very grateful to the young man from the restaurant department. He eventually packed us some white congee and wished us a speedy recovery. I'm also very thankful to the cleaning lady on the 14th floor. She said since we had a child, she gave us plenty of tissues, towels, and water, saying we'd need them.
