This was my favorite hotel in Shenzhen. The room had large windows with a view of the trees and was incredibly quiet. The service was excellent—everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The receptionist was exceptionally attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed, and even the cleaning lady was very nice. The hotel is right next to a metro station, but I personally preferred using the public bikes available all over the city. I paid less than €2 for a month of use, which allowed me to bike to the park or the sea to relax and enjoy the surroundings :)

The customer service is good. Staff helpful.
Location is next to metro subway, very near.
Amenities meeting the general standard, can be improved with replacement of old furniture, smart toilet, smart tv and etc.
The hotel need to consider for a refurbishment and renovation as it getting old.

No available rooms when we were there, they said they didn't reserve any rooms for us . Extremely bad experiences!!

The hotel is only 1 minute away from the subway station, and the service of the staff is also very good. It's just that because the equipment is relatively old, some things need to be improved, such as the refrigerator is not cold enough and the ceiling is moldy.
